The Rooms

The bright living- and dining room has a small balcony overlooking the lake, in the direction to Constance and the island of Mainau. The holiday flat has underfloor heating and a fireplace, there are books and games available.

There is space for 6 persons in the dining area. A highchair for children is available.

In the bedroom, with access to the large balcony, the double bed has two different mattresses, which are also suitable for persons with allergies: a grade 2 for persons with normal weight and a grade 3 for heavier persons.

In the "blue" room is a sofa bed, suitable for 2 adults. For our little guests, we cover the beds with colorful children's bed linen.

The holiday flat is accessible at ground level with car parking in the immediate vicinity.

Even from the small balcony, the view is terrific.

In addition to two iron beds, the guest room has a desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom has two sinks, shower, washing machine and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, baking oven, dishwasher, microwave, bread slicer, kettle, coffee machine and espresso machine. Crockery and cutlery is sufficiently available
